Congressional Reports

The Congressional Report is an annual report to Congress on the status of the state administered grant program authorized under the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA). It includes data on the performance of adult education nationally and by state under the NRS. It also contains data on student characteristics.

The National Reporting System for Adult Education (NRS) is administered by the Division of Adult Education and Literacy in the Office of Vocational and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education.
