Data Tools for Monitoring and Program Improvement
  • Web based data is received upon entry, periodic review is conducted at the state level. Follow-up contact to programs is made when necessary. Several validations have been built into the data system for local program management and adherence to data policy procedures.
  • The MABLE student information system has a view student-by-criteria table that enables state and local programs to immediately access specific information.
  • Verifications are built into the new data system; we have verifications for: correct assessment, required demographic information, pre-post testing according to policy, separating students with no activity, and identifying students needing goals.
