Through communications, presentations, webinars, and other tools, states have the opportunity to share their work and successes in NRS-related activities on State Insights.

State Assessments  and Followup Methods: See what assessments states use for NRS reporting and the methods they use to collect the NRS followup measures.

State Data Detectives: See how staff in Maryland, South Dakota, and Tennessee are using the Data Detective training materials to enhance data quality and improve programs.

State Report Cards: See how New York, North Carolina, and Tennessee are using state and local report cards that were developed as a result of the 2005 Summer Institute - Demonstrating Results: Developing State and Local Report Cards for Adult Education.

The National Reporting System for Adult Education (NRS) is administered by the Division of Adult Education and Literacy in the Office of Vocational and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education.
