Program databases are monitored on a quarterly basis. A report-checklist is used to match, check, and reference other state sources and to verify that data is entered into the MIS per State policy. Each program administrator receives a checklist report of any required action needed prior to the quarterly review. Administrators can request on-site technical support to address any checklist item or other technical assistance issues relating to data collection and reporting.

State staff provides technical support to all local programs based on common findings from the quarterly reports of progress towards NRS core goals. State staff works with Delaware DOL to conduct a data match for employment related goals. Progress towards GED®, post-secondary, and training core NRS goals are reviewed with program administrators quarterly.
