The system is web-based which allows state desktop reviews of program data a minimum of quarterly. Regional Specialists are responsible for reviewing the programs and program data in their area. Contact is made with the program director and/or data entry staff if there are issues that need to be addressed.
The State Data Specialist does daily desktop monitoring of data. The following are examples of the type of information checked:
1. Students Served / Enrolled / Reportable
2. Demographics
3. Assessments (Pre/Post)
4. Instructional Hours
5. Student Progress
