Data Tools for Monitoring and Program Improvement: 

The Specialist for Program Monitoring leads a year-round program improvement effort which includes program self-assessments, reviews of data and fiscal performance, periodic technical assistance calls and trainings, and on-site monitoring of selected programs. The Specialist for Data Collection, Reporting, and Accountability works with program managers and data specialists to offer training and targeted technical assistance, focusing on helping programs use their data to inform decisions that can lead to program improvements and increased student outcomes.
