In this webinar, Larry Condelli reviews much of what is summarized in the NRSTips, including the requirements from the NRS TA Guide for defining, reporting, and testing distance education participants as well as new allowances for virtual testing, recently announced by the Office of Career, Technical and Adult Education (OCTAE).
